New Homepage Themes Unveiled for Nintendo 3DS

The Nintendo 3DS has been around for a while and gamers might be interested in changing up the look or feel of their device. It was recently revealed that Nintendo released 47 new homepage themes for the 3DS handheld device.

These new homepage themes, which are available for download, offer the users to ability to change up the look of the homepage for just a small fee. They give the device a visual overhaul by adding new wallpapers and background images. In addition to this, they also add custom icons folders, music, and sound effects.

Fans will be pleased to know that many of the themes will feature themes based around some of Nintendo’s most-popular players, games and properties. For example, themes based on longtime Nintendo favorites like Mario, Link and Yoshi will be available to download as well as new themes based around newer games like Monster Hunter 4G and Animal Crossing. For those who prefer a look that doesn’t include characters, there are other basic themes.

While these themes are currently available in Japan for a small fee (roughly less than $1 in US currency), it is expected that these will be available to consumers in Europe and America later in October.
